The contract catering industry is a vibrant and important part of what makes up the Irish hospitality sector and
one that employs a great many people. Ignored by many publications in the sector, Hospitality Ireland puts great emphasis on this industry by dedicating a special section to it in every issue.
With comprehensive articles on the contract catering in Ireland’s offices, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, colleges and factories, we examine this sector in detail. Regular features also include looking at the contract catering facilities at more exotic establishments like Dublin Zoo or on the planes or boats bringing people to and from Ireland. Vending
