AccorHotels Announces New Management Team For UK & Ireland

AccorHotels has announced its new management team for the UK and Ireland, which includes strategic hires from outside the business as well as several internal appointments.

Former InterContinental Hotels Group development director Philip Lassman has been appointed vice president of development and will be responsible for leading the growth of all AccorHotels brands in the UK and Ireland, as reported by hospitalityandcaternews.com.

He's joined by new vice president of procurement, François Schoemans, who comes to Accor from the Delhaize Group.

The new internal appointments see Jean-Marc Vendioux taking on the role of senior vice president of management hotels; Cristina De Oliveira-Frewen has been promoted to senior vice president of franchise hotels; James Wheatcroft is the new vice president of marketing; Saro Seopyan has been named vice president of finance; Chris Roe continues as vice president of sales and distribution; Carla Milovanov is taking on the role of vice president of digital services and IT; Sophie Kilic continues as senior vice president of talent and culture; Shane Munro continues as vice president of food and beverage; Adrian Whitehead assumes the position of general counsel and compliance officer; and Aiden McAuley continues as senior vice president of luxury brands.
