Permission Sought To Construct 47-Bedroom Hotel In Dublin's Liberties Area

Investment services firm Vesada Private has lodged plans for the development of a 47-bedroom hotel beside Arthur's pub in the Liberties area of Dublin.

Vesada Private director Des Connolly told The Business Post that the project is not an investment for one of the firm's clients. Rather, it is for the firm itself. According to Connolly, the site on which Vesada Private wishes to build the hotel will be purchased by the firm if planning permission is approved.

Looking For A Large Brand

While there is currently no operator lined up for the proposed hotel, Connolly stated that Vesada Private would like to work with a large brand.
