A property with previously granted planning permission for food/restaurant use at Unit C, Southgate, Cork Street, Dublin 8, is being sold via Leonard Wilson Keenan Estates & Letting Agents.
According to its listing on Property.ie, the unit is comprised of a ground floor area that is approximately 63 square metres in size and a mezzanine level that it approximately 22 square metres in size, and it is in shell and core condition.
Dublin 2 Eatery
A Dublin 2 eatery is being sold with a long term lease in place, and the property's owner is offering the lease for sale by way of assignment because they want to focus on other businesses, according to its listing on Property.ie.
The property's listing on Property.ie also states that it has a current rent of €34,000 p.a., rates is €6,500 p.a., and its asking price is in the region of €95,000.
The property that houses the Wuff restaurant on 23 Benburb Street in Smithfield, Dublin 7, is being sold via Bannon.
According to the property's listing on Brochures.bannon.ie, the sale comprises Wuff, which is a fully fitted restaurant with the benefit of vacant possession and extends to 1,100 square feet, as well as a two-bedroom overhead apartment with separate access that extends to 950 square feet, and the entire property extends to a total floor area of 2,050 square feet over its ground and first floors.
