Dublin based hotel software firm Bookassist has won several awards in the 2021 HotelTechAwards.
The HotelTechAwards rank hotel software companies and products based on user reviews.
Accolades
Bookassist came out on top in the HotelTechAwards categories of "Best Digital Marketing", "Best Website Design" and "Best Metasearch".
Bookassist also received a "Hotelier's Choice Award" for outstanding customer centricity based on total verified customer reviews, geographic reach of reviews, and overall review sentiment and ratings.
Additionally, the company came second in the "Best Booking Engine" category.
"Incredibly Grateful"
In a statement published on Bookassist's website, the company's co-founder and CEO, Des O'Mahony, said, "We're incredibly grateful to the hundreds of clients who came out to support Bookassist despite the major challenges they themselves were dealing with."
