Belfast's Lansdowne Hotel Sold For £1.25m

Belfast's Lansdowne Hotel has been sold for a sum thought to be in the region of £1.25 million.

According to The Irish News, the purchaser is understood to be a locally based licensed operator and is expected to take vacant possession of the 25-bedroom venue in the coming weeks.

The hotel hit the market following six years of being operated by UK hotel chain Metro Inns.

Commenting on the hotel's sale, director of estate agency Osborne King Mark Carron said, "The current position is that the Lansdowne Hotel has been agreed for sale to a local investor, and the deal is due to complete in the coming weeks."
