Belfast's New Six By Nico Restaurant Officially Opens For Business

Scottish-Italian chef Nico Simeone's latest Six by Nico restaurant has officially opened for business in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter.

Replicating the way in which its counterpart restaurants in Glasgow and Edinburgh operate, the team at Six by Nico Belfast will serve a brand new six-course tasting menu every six weeks, with each menu being inspired a different place, memory or idea.

"Delighted To Be Open"

Simeone commented, "I have been working with my creative team over the past number of months to bring Six by Nico to Belfast and my vision has finally become a reality. I always wanted my next venture outside Scotland to be in Belfast as I love the city, and I am delighted to be open. Six by Nico is a totally different dining experience and I hope that people will leave having had an unforgettable meal."

Located on Waring Street, the 80-seater restaurant's first menu pays homage to traditional fish and chip shops and includes offerings such as chips and cheese, scampi, steak pie, fish supper, smoked sausage and deep-fried mars bar, with vegetarian alternatives also being available.
