Bunsen Burger To Open First Branch In Belfast

Popular Dublin based burger chain Bunsen is set to open its first outlet in Belfast on the ground floor of Longbridge House on Waring Street in the city centre.

According to The Belfast Telegraph, architectural drawings for the restaurant reveal that it will seat approximately 70 diners when operational.

Bunsen, which was founded by chef Tom Gleeson in 2013, currently encompasses five restaurants in the Republic of Ireland, four of which are located in the capital and one of which is in Cork.

Its Black Aberdeen Angus beef patties, made from a mixture of cuts from the fore and hindquarters of the cow, has turned it into one of Dublin's most popular burger destinations.
