Cathcart Square in Co Fermanagh, home to the county's sole McDonald's restaurant as well as an office development, has been put up for sale by estate agent Lambert Smith Hamptonfor £895,000.

Cathcart Square has a rent of £72,950 per annum, of which McDonald's pay 65 per cent (£47,500) with the lease to end 28 March 2024, reports belfasttelegraph.co.uk.

A Belfast property, part-let to Belfast Tea and Coffee Company Limited, has been put on the market for £800,000 and has already attracted a "high level of interest", according to estate agent Lambert Smith Hampton.
The 10,500 square foot property, located at 103-107 Royal Avenue, comprises of four-storey of retail and office space and has a prime location close to Ulster University and Castlecourt Shopping Centre, reports belfasttelegraph.co.uk.
