Two Irish accommodation venues are being put under the hammer at Dublin's Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, on July 18 as part of I Am Sold's public Leinster Property Auction.

The first of these venues is a nine-bedroom, 252 square foot redbrick B&B called Willow House on Dublin's Upper Drumcondra Road, for which estate agents Kelly Bradshaw Dalton are seeking bids in excess of €850,000, as reported by The Irish Independent.

The second venue is the vacant Naper Arms Hotel in Oldcastle Co. Meath, which is comprised of three storeys and 1,132 square feet, and has been assigned a guiding price of €600,000.
