The Sackville Lounge of Dublin One has been put up for sale by private treaty via licensed property consultants Morrissey's.
Situated beside the former Clerys building of the capital's O'Connell Street, the premises is comprised of the ground floor, part of the first floor and basement of an end of terrace three-story over basement building.
"A Rare Opportunity"
Being sold as the fourth lot of a selection of mixed use buildings in Dublin city that has been named "The Dublin One Collection", Morrissey's website states that The Sackville Lounge "presents a rare opportunity to acquire a centrally located Dublin City licensed premsies."
