The Purty Kitchen pub of Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, has been put on the market by estate agency Morrissey's with a guiding price in excess of €1.1 million.
The Irish Independent reports that the pub is being offered for sale as a going concern and Morrissey's is seeking full and final offers by 5pm on Thursday, October 4.

The Purty Kitchen features an old world-style lounge bar and cobble-lock beer garden area at ground floor level with a self-contained live music venue on the first floor that also serves as a private party and function area.
