The Febvre Wine Company is about to inaugurate Febvreuary – a month of wine-discovery to last throughout February.
Febvre has been a key player in the Irish wine trade for over 50 years. Febvreuary, a nationwide, four-week festival, is regarded in the industry as demonstrative of Febvre's innovative, ambitious approach to fine wine.
The event, which is trade-only or by-invitation, incorporates a range of tastings in Galway, Dublin, Fermanagh, Killarney, and many other locations.
Among the various events which will take place through Febvreuary are those which concentrate on education and training for the trade, how to achieve wine-by-the-glass success, masterclasses, vertical tastings, and workshops.
Fiona Beckett, the celebrated, award-winning wine writer (of the Guardian, Decanter etc.) will be in attendance, along with a bevy of top winemakers from Febvre’s carefully selected vineyards.
