New Airline Services Announced For Dublin And Belfast; New CEO Announced For Belfast City Airport

A number of new airline services have been announced for Dublin and Belfast.
Stobart Air Services
Aer Lingus Regional operator has announced new services from Dublin Airport to Exeter and Cardiff, and from Belfast City Airport to Newquay, Cardiff and Glasgow.
Regarding the Dublin to Exeter service, Stobart Air stated on its website, "The newExeter Airport (EXT) to Dublin Airport (DUB) route will initially operate four times weekly, on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, commencing on 30 August."
Regarding the Belfast City Airport to Newquay service, Stobart Air stated on its website, "The new Cornwall Airport Newquay (NQY) to Belfast City Airport (BHD) will initially operate three times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, commencing on 28 June."
Regarding the Cardiff service from Dublin Airport, Stobart Air stated on its website, "The new Dublin (DUB) to Cardiff Airport (CWL) route will initially operate three times weekly, on Monday, Friday, and Sunday, commencing on 30 August."
Regarding the Cardiff service from Belfast City Airport, Stobart Air stated on its website, "The new route between Belfast City Airport (BHD) and Cardiff will initially operate four times weekly on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday commencing on 28 June. "
Rgarding the Belfast City Airport to Glasgow service, Stobart Air stated on its website, "The new to Belfast City Airport (BHD) to Glasgow Airport (GLA) route will initially operate on a daily basis with 11 flights weekly, commencing on 1 July, and will increase to 19 flights weekly in August."
EasyJet Belfast City Airport To Bournemouth Service
Meanwhile, easyJet has launched a new service from Belfast International Airport to Bournemouth.
EasyJet stated on its website that the new Belfast International Airport to Bournemouth service will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Ryanair Recommences Services At Belfast City Airport
Additonally, Ryanair has recommenced services from Belfast City Airport.
Belfast City Airport stated on its website, "Ryanair is back at Belfast City Airport and has today commenced its summer schedule which will connect passengers to Europe following the easing of travel restrictions in Northern Ireland.
"Flights taking off this week to five destinations will allow passengers to enjoy the sun and fun in both Portugal and Spain, with flights to Italy to follow at the beginning of July.
"Ryanair will operate up to 14 flights per week to Faro in Portugal, while passengers will be able to travel to Alicante, Malaga, and the popular Balearic island of Mallorca up to 14 times per week, as well as Barcelona up to ten times per week throughout the summer season."
New Belfast City Airport CEO
In other Belfast City Airport news, as reported by The Irish News, former London City Airport chief commercial officer Matthew Hall has been appointed as the airport’s new CEO, and will begin working in the role from August 1.
