Green Light Given For Development Of New Hotel On Dublin's Lower Mount Street

Paddy McKillen Jr. has received permission from An Bord Pleanála to develop a new hotel on the site of the former Howl at the Moon venue on Dublin's Lower Mount Street.

According to The Irish Times, The 52-bedroom hotel will be built by Dale Vision, a company that is associated with McKillen's Oakmount development group.

Third Hotel

The new accommodation venue will be the third hotel developed in Dublin by McKillen and his business partner, Matt Ryan, following the Dean of Harcourt Street and the Devlin of Ranelagh.
