The Wine & Company bar in the heart of Holywood, Co Down is up for sale at £500,000. The property will be handled by agents Osbourne King.
The "boutique" bar has been a long-term feature of Wine Inns' portfolio of 12 pubs and nightclubs.
"Wine & Co has good drinks and food and is very much a pub/restaurant." John Martin, director at Osborne King, said. "It's a very good location in the centre of Holywood and an ideal opportunity for a owner-occupier."
He described the venue as a "boutique pub". The sale includes the ground-floor lounge bar and a first-floor restaurant with seating up to 70.
"Rarely does a property with potential such as this come onto the market," Osborune Kings stated in its brochure.
