Hotel Ibis Sold For an Estimated €5M

Hotel Ibis on Dublin's Naas Road has been sold in an off-market transaction on behalf of AccorHotels and franchised back.

Although the property, purchased by Hetherley Capital Partners, has gone for an undisclosed fee, the Irish Times reports that it would have been sold for over €5 million.

Ibis Dublin is a three-star, 150-bedroom hotel which was opened in the mid-1990s refurbished in 2008.

AccorHotels, a French-based hotel group that operates 3,700 establishment in 92 countries across several brands including Ibis, Sofitel, Novotel and Grand Mercure.
