Firm Behind Wellington Park Hotel Of Belfast Liquidated
The firm behind the Wellington Park Hotel of Belfast has been liquidated.
According to The Belfast Telegraph, the firm behind the hotel has been liquidated and its operations have been transferred to another firm to keep it trading.
Also according to The Belfast Telegraph, bosses at Belfast's Wellington Park Hotel, which is owned by the Mooney family, said that the decision was a result of the pressure that has been placed on the hotel industry by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has caused hotels to close for much of the past year.

This is a direct result of the unprecedented pressures of the coronavirus pandemic on the hospitality industry.
"In order to safeguard jobs and protect the future trading business of the hotel as it reopens on 24th May, the directors have transferred the operation to Dunadry Development Company Ltd."
