As reported by The Irish News, The Warren Collection has renovated the Victorian townhouse that is situated at number 11 on Belfast's Malone Road, opposite Queen's University's computer science building, to transform it into a 12 bedroom boutique hotel.
The new venue is The Warren Collection's first investment in Belfast. The group is also planning to open six more venues over the next 12 months across Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh and Dubai.
The Warren Collection Co-Founder Mark Docherty Statement
The Irish News quotes The Warren Collection co-founder Mark Docherty as saying, "The Number 11 is the perfect starting point in our journey. Despite the challenges global tourism is going through due to the pandemic, Belfast is, and will continue to be, a great destination for both domestic and international tourists.
"The new hotel is sure to be a favoured choice for business travellers, academics visiting the Queen’s campus just across the street as well as staycationers."
The Warren Collection Co-Founder David Warren Statement
The Warren Collection co-founder David Warren added, "This first hotel in my home town of Belfast will create something a little bit different and unique while maintaining a great customer experience and a superb quality product. We look forward to announcing several more properties and creating more jobs in the months ahead."
