Below Pre-COVID-19 Pandemic Levels
As reported by The Irish Independent, despite the overall year-on-year increase in hotel occupancy rates and RevPAR in Ireland last months, levels in Dublin in particular remain well below those recorded for August of 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic.
The latest occupancy data from STR reportedly reveals that revenue per available room in Dublin was €65.40 in August, which the occupancy rate stood at 54% and the average daily room rate was €120.78, all of which mark strong year-on-year and month-on-month performances.
