The Hedges Hotel of Co. Antrim has hit the market.
The news of the hotel's sale follows November's news that it had been taken over by a receiver.
As reported by The Irish News, the sale includes the 16-bed hotel and accompanying salon.
The hotel and salon are located on a four acre site, and are surrounded by an additional 28 acres of agricultural land.
The neighbouring Gracehill House, 18 hole golf course and licensed restaurant, which were previously owned along with the hotel by property developer Stephen Gray and his business partner, Jonathan Gwynne, have already been sold.
