iNua Hospitality Acquires Tullamore Court Hotel

iNua Hospitality has announced it has acquired Co. Offaly's four-star Tullamore Court Hotel from John Flanagan Developments.

iNua Hospitality chief operating officer Sean O’Driscoll stated, "The Tullamore Court Hotel is a household name in the midlands with significant year-round business. It is an excellent addition to the iNua portfolio of strong four- and five-star regional hotels. We are very aware that the hotel is an important part of the local community and, alongside the team at the Tullamore Court Hotel, we are looking forward to playing an active role in the community of Tullamore."

A Growing Porfolio

The Tullamore Court Hotel, the 8th hotel to join the growing iNua Collection, features 103 bedrooms along with extensive conference, banqueting and leisure centre facilities.

With the addition of the Tullamore Court Hotel, iNua Hospitality, which recorded revenues of €50 million last year, and, will grow the number of hotel rooms in its portfolio to 900, with the number of people employed by the group increasing to 120.

Equity for the purchase of the Tullamore Court Hotel is being provided by Cork-based Blackbee Investments.
