Ireland's Biggest Baking Festival Set For Galway

Amid the growing interest in baking – thanks in no small part to BBC’s Great British Bake Off and its Irish counterpart due begin in the coming weeks – Ireland’s biggest baking festival is on its to way Galway. Bake Fest Galway is taking place in Leisureland, Galway on 5-6 October.

Renowned baking talents Patrick Ryan (author and presenter of BBC2 ‘Big Bread Experiment’), Lilly Higgins (author and columnist) and Emer Murray (goya’s) will demonstrate the skills, tips and tricks used to make the finest cakes and breads.

The event is free to attend and all funds generated at Bake Fest Galway are being given to 'ACT for Meningitis'.
