Jurys Inn Belfast Completes £2m Refurbishment
Jurys Inn Belfast has announced the completion of a £2 million refurbishment of its city centre hotel. The property, located in the heart of the city on Great Victoria Street, has undergone a complete transformation of its 190 bedrooms, lobby, and bar and restaurant facilities as part of the investment.

The décor in the newly refurbished hotel showcases contemporary furnishings sourced locally from suppliers including Balmoral Furniture and Ulster Carpets. The walls of Jurys Inn Belfast also feature new artwork from Northern Irish gallery, Spires Art, presenting guests with pictures of local landmarks including the Harland & Wolff cranes, Belfast City Hall and Queen’s University.

The hotel has enhanced its technology offering and features a brand new connectivity area in the lobby, where guests can plug in their laptops and work remotely, as well as avail of high-speed premium WiFi, which is complimentary and available throughout the hotel. The lobby is also home to a brand new ‘Off the Shelf’ which stocks a selection of drinks, snacks and travel necessities.

The new bar and restaurant offer a new contemporary dining menu, ‘The Kitchen’, that includes a wide range of food options served throughout the day, from artisan pizzas and burgers to steaks and salads. The breakfast offering at the hotel has also been expanded to include even more choice, from a hearty hot breakfast to healthy granola pots and mini-smoothies.

Five meeting rooms are also on offer at the hotel, accommodating up to 30 delegates. The new look Lagan Room can facilitate cabaret-style meetings and private dining events.

The investment in Jurys Inn Belfast forms part of an extensive £75 million investment programme which has been rolled out by the group over the last five years, to ensure all facilities are of a consistently high standard and fully meet the needs of and expectations of guests.
