Just Eat Relaunches Brand In Ireland

Just Eat is celebrating the signing of its 1,900 restaurant partner by announcing a major brand refresh which will be rolled out this month.

The brand relaunch will reflect its increased focus on food discovery with the aim of encouraging consumers to make new choices and explore its range of over 30 cuisine types.

The new design will see red remain as the company's lead brand colour, however, the addition of a new visual element, the ‘colour ray', will represent the diversity and choice of the Just Eat world. It also reflects the range and choice of foods from all over the world available on the Just Eat platform.

Just Eat's app and website have also been refreshed with new features to be added over the coming months, allowing for better discovery of customers favourite foods and restaurants as well as including a range of healthy options. The redesign's goal is to provide mealtime inspiration for lunch, dinner and even desserts whilst helping customers to explore new cuisines.

Globally, the company is also implementing robot deliveries and a new Facebook Messenger Chatbot which it aims to introduce to the Irish market in the next few months. Recent Irish restaurant sign-ups to Just Eat include Piply, Bobos Gourmet Burgers, Wasabi Sushi Bar, Supermacs, Zambrero, Riba, Green Beards, SuperFoods Takeaway, Dall'Italia Pasta Bar, Devilicious Desserts and Zucconi Sushi Bar. Other premium Just Eat restaurant partners include Chopped, Bombay Pantry, Base, MAO and Diep.

Speaking today, Amanda Roche Kelly, managing director of Just Eat Ireland said: “The takeaway sector in Ireland is booming and is predicted to grow a further 17 per cent by 2020 with online expected to increase by 40 per cent to 60 per cent over the same period. As we relaunch our brand we have a vision to create the world’s largest food community.
