New Gin Parlor To Open In Galway April 27

April 27 will see the opening of a new gin venue in Galway called Hyde Bar & Gin Parlour.

Commenting on the new venue, marketing manager Douglas Leddin asserted, "We wanted to have one of the largest collections of gin in Ireland and with 500 I think it's safe to say we have that title. We had friends from around the world collect gin for us over the last twelve months and worked closely with the Celtic whiskey store, who recently ran the very successful Gin Experience in Dublin Castle, in order to help us source so many gins from around the world."

He continued, "Our gin bible is done in handmade leather to match our 'uniformal' handmade aprons and will contain all our gins by country. This is something we have worked very hard on over the last six months and are extremely proud of, as it's like nothing else seen here in Ireland."

The walls in Hyde Bar & Gin Parlor have been designed by graffiti artist Kathrina Ruperit, while Irish design team Third Mind have created a unique flower wall containing over 7,500 flowers which will be the focal point of the venue.

The bar will also be serving a collection of rum, vodkas, tequilas and Irish craft beers, as well as Japanese beer on draft and using premium products for cocktail menus. Midweek, Hyde Bar will be serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and at weekends will offer a "Big Boozy Brunch".
