Profits Rise At Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud

Accumulated profits at Dublin's Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud increased by over 50% during the year ending in August of 2017.

The Irish Times reports that new accounts filed for Becklock Ltd. reveal that the profit and loss account at Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud was boosted to €1.16 million last year, which implies the year's profit exceeded €390,000.

Venue manager Stephanie Robin asserted that strong economic activity as a result of growth in sectors such as technology and aircraft leasing as well as an influx of tourists and new clients contributed to growth at the business.

A total of 38 people were employed by Patrick Guilbaud during the 12 month period, with payroll costs increasing almost 5% to €1.32 million.

Having already earned the distinction of being Ireland's only two Michelin star restaurant, Patrick Guilbaud is hoping to win a third Michelin star this year, with Robin stating, "Hopefully we’re moving in that direction. We are trying our best, we hope it will come one day, sooner rather than later."
