Revolution Bars Plans Restructuring
Britain's Revolution Bars has said that it is planning to reduce its outlets under a company voluntary arrangement (CVA) plan.
The operator of 74 premium bars across the UK said that it has been working with advisers to assess various strategic options for the firm as it has been hit by a challenging environment.
"The long-term nature and potential impact of the latest operating restrictions [in the UK] means that it must consider all necessary options to ensure that its business remains viable," Revolution Bars said.
10 pm Closing Requirement
All pubs, bars, restaurants and other hospitality sites in the UK are currently required to close at 10 pm and provide table service only to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
