Ryan's Café Bar

As reported by The Irish Independent, Ryan's café bar on Store Street in Dublin 1 is being sold via Bagnall Doyle MacMahon with a guide price of €1.9 million.

The venue, which was formerly known as Robert Reade's, is reportedly being sold by Seán Ryan, who is retiring.

Agent John Ryan of Bagnall Doyle MacMahon reportedly said that the venue currently generates a satisfactory level of food and drink turnover.

The property reportedly extends to 580 square metres over two to three storeys and a basement.

Its accommodation reportedly comprises a ground floor lounge bar and customer toilets, and a first floor self-contained lounge/private function room, with a fully-equipped catering kitchen and dumb waiter lift located on the second floor.
