Belfast's L'Etoile Du Nord Restaurant To Close Down
Belfast's L'Etoile du Nord restaurant will close down this month.
A statement posted on the restaurant's Facebook said, "The star stops shining - L'étoile cesse de briller - L'Etoile du Nord is going to close.
"It was not an easy decision but due to circumstances, I think, the right one.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for coming over and over again and spreading the word about our little French place.
"I also would like to thank the amazing team of L'Etoile du Nord, past and present. Without all of you, there would have not been our good food ('the best steak in Belfast') and the service we are known for.
"The shutters will be drawn on Wednesday night, 13.10.21. For now, we are going to be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and I will you know about the opening times for the last week."
"We would love to see as many as possible of you, our customers, before we call it 'The End'."
According to The Belfast Telegraph, another restaurant is set to open in L'Etoile du Nord's place.
