Property That Houses Dublin Restaurant One Pico Returns To The Market With Lower Asking Price
The property that houses Dublin restaurant One Pico, which originally hit the market late last year, has returned to the market with a lower asking price via digital property marketplace BixX1.
The property hit the market via commercial real estate advisory firm QRE with a guide price of €1.95 million in October of 2020, and was subsequently planned to go for best and final bids with QRE on February 18 of this year with a reduced guide price of €1.75 million.
New Asking Price
However, as reported by The Irish Times, the property has returned to the market with an asking price of €1.5 million and will be auctioned by BidX1 this month.
One Pico Lease
Frossway Ltd, trading as One Pico Restaurant, is reportedly over-holding on an occupational FRI (full repairing and insuring lease) that expired in 2008 and has a current contracted annual rent of €110,000.
