Starbucks Makes Face Masks Mandatory At All Company-Owned US Outlets

Starbucks Corp said on Thursday July 9 that customers will have to wear face coverings at all company-owned US outlets from July 15 to help to contain the spread of the coronavirus.

Drive-Through And Curbside Pickups

The coffee chain said that certain locations where there is no local government mandate to wear face masks, customers will have other options including drive-through and curbside pickups.

Cases On The Rise

The move by Starbucks comes as COVID-19 cases in the United States are on the rise, with federal health officials recommending that all Americans over the age of two wear cloth face coverings in public.
