Award winning Seerys Bakery has brought the home baking taste back into Irish kitchens since opening in the late eighties.
The bakery was founded by Philo Seery in her family kitchen; following rapid expansion the company built a custom designed factory in Tinryland, Co. Carlow. Seerys employs over 40 people from the local surrounding area. Seerys currently works closely with all of the major retailers in Ireland, some in the UK, continental Europe and as far away as Australia. Seerys' products range from fruit cakes, tea bracks to top iced cakes such as carrot, lemon, and chocolate. Seerys also holds the position of number one Christmas pudding producer in Ireland. 2014 sees Seerys launch into the foodservice market, offering a wide variety of premium quality puddings, loaf cakes, gateaux, tray bakes, individual desserts and wrapped slices. Seerys' goal is to introduce excellent quality cakes and desserts, researched and developed to the highest standards, to compliment any menu. Seerys has a dedicated R&D resource team and is constantly striving to introduce new, unique products in order to keep pace with market changes.
