“Reading Hospitality Ireland is very useful, for lots of reasons. It manages to be very balanced, so while on one hand it effectively acts as my one-stop shop for industry updates, news and stats, it also contains interesting interviews which I find most fascinating, as they provide a genuine and insightful feel for what’s happening on the ground, whether that be across restaurants, hotels, bars, suppliers and so on.
