How does the FREE trial premium subscription work?When you subscribe to our Premium Plus subscription package, no payment is taken for a full 30 days. During this trial period, you will have full access to all Hospitality Ireland website content and receive our premium weekly email newsletter, as well as the latest digital edition of Hospitality Ireland. You will also receive a print edition of the magazine. Should you wish to continue with your subscription, then do nothing – your subscription fee will be collected at the end of your trial period. Thereafter, your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis until you choose to cancel, meaning that you should always have access to the latest news and insights from the Hospitality Ireland team. How do I upgrade my subscription?Log in to your account using your username and password. Select 'Change Subscription Plan' and choose the subscription plan to which you would like to change. If you are upgrading your subscription, you will receive a credit for any unused portion of your existing subscription plan against the higher-value subscription. If you are downgrading your subscription, then your existing subscription plan will run until the end of your current payment period, and your renewal will be applied at the rate indicated for the new plan that you have selected.
