Supermac's Founder To Generate Several Hundred New Employment Opportunities

Fast food chain Supermac's is expected to generate employment opportunities for 200 people with the opening of three new branches in Wexford, Waterford and Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath.

Construction of the new Kinnegad outlet is currently underway, with the Wexford and Waterford venues planned to follow soon. Meanwhile, planning permission is currently pending for a further four outlets proposed for Portlaoise, Letterkenny, Longford and Ennis.

Só Hotels Revamps

Additionally, the hotel firm co-owned by Supermac's founder Pat McDonagh and his wife Una McDonagh, Só Hotels, will be generating 100 new jobs via revamps of the Athlone Springs Hotel, the Castle Oaks House Hotel of Limerick and the Killeshin Hotel of Portlaoise.
