Co. Kildare's Kilkea Castle Hotel Launches Virtual Conferencing Service

Co. Kildare's Kilkea Castle Hotel has announced that it has partnered with independent experiential agancy Mavrix to launch a new virtual conferencing service at the hotel's conference centre.

Kilkea Castle said that the service can cater for virtual conferences and meetings of all sizes and types such as business conferences, town hall meetings, staff training, employee engagement and company updates, with attendees being able to participate in the events from their homes or offices.

Minimising Physical Social Interaction

According to Kilkea Castle, the hotel's onsite technical team will be placed at a safe distance from meeting hosts and there will be a limited production crew involved.

The hotel also stated that, in order to minimise the time spent onsite and physical social interaction, set-up will be completed in advance of events, and hosts just need to arrive in time for any necessary rehearsals before the conference.
