Tourism Ireland has created a new online film showcasing some of Ireland's finest golf courses, as well as the activities that golfers can get up to off the course.
Titled "Golf on the island of Ireland", the video invites potential visitors to come and discover the country's golf courses, challenging links and off-course activities. From Royal Portrush on the Causeway Coastal Route, home of The Open 2019, to the links of Lahinch and the fairways of Portmarnock, the film showcases the attractiveness of courses in Ireland to golfers all over the world. It also offers a look at the courses in Portstewart, Waterville, Lahinch, Royal County Down and Druid’s Glen. The message is that golfing in Ireland is an experience, both on and off the course.
The film is being promoted through Tourism Ireland’s social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
