A nightclub in Dublin city centre and a pub in south Dublin are both up for sale.
Sin Nightclub, on Sycamore Street in Temple Bar, is being sold at the next Allsop Space auction on 22 Ocotober in the RDS. The lot also consists of eight adjoining apartments and is expected to fetch in the region of €2.35 million. It is one of over 200 properties due to be auctioned on the day.
Meanwhile, in Stillorgan in south county Dublin, O'Dwyer's pub has been put up for sale on the instructions of the receiver. CBRE are handling the sale and are looking for offers in excess of €900,000 for the property. The two storey licensed premises, which is around 455 square metres, consists of a bar, lounge, smoking area and a first floor lounge/bistro and catering kitchen.
