The White Hag To Host International Brewing Festival

The White Hag Brewing Company has announced that it will play host to an international brewery festival on July 29.

The Ballymote-based brewers are expecting to entertain 1,000 attendees at the event, 85% of which they anticipate will be arriving from beyond the borders of Co. Sligo.

The White Hag decided to organise the event as a way of celebrating their recent win of Beoir's inaugural Oliver Hughes Best Brewery in Ireland award and they now intend to make it an annual occurrence.

According to fft.ie, the theme for the festival will be "Beers Not Poured" and it will offer attendees the chance to taste more than 60 beers from around the world, with 20 breweries from ten countries serving their drinks in Ireland for the first time.
