WOW Air Announces Four New Dublin To US Routes

Following the news earlier this month that WOW Air is set to cease its Cork to Reykjavik services due to low demand, the Icelandic airline has announced it will be operating four new routes to the US from Dublin via Reykjavik starting in 2018.

The destinations in question will be Detroit, St Louis, Cleveland and Cincinnati, with fares, excluding checked bags and in-flight refreshments, beginning at €129.99 one-way, as reported by the Irish Independent,

Commenting on the new routes, WOW Air founder/CEO Skúli Mogensen, said: "At WOW Air, we are committed to our mission of offering our Irish passengers more affordable travel options to North America at the lowest fares."

The new routes will run up to four times weekly, with the Detroit service starting on April 25, Cleveland following suit on May 3, Cincinnati on May 9 and St Louis on May 17.
