Nutritics, the diet, nutrition, recipe and exercise tracking analysis software report programme, is being employed by the NHS, the HSE, Manchester City Football Club, Queens Park Rangers Football Club, 40 universities, rugby teams Harlequins and Saracens, the English Institute of Sport and all its Olympic athletes (including Mo Farah), as well as a number of hotels and catering companies.
Caterers using the software can adhere to EU regulation no. 1169 (a new directive to provide clarity across all food labelling) with far greater ease, according to feedback within the industry.
The cloud-based software, however, has not been geared just for athletes, but rather also for people generally who wish to lose weight, or simply live a healthier lifestyle.
Enda Kenny last year praised the entrepreneurial acumen of Damian and Ciaran O’Kelly, the founders of Nutritics, at HealthXL Dublin’s Global Gathering Investor Day at the Trinity Biomedical Building.
