Profits Soar At Aircraft Leasing Firm

Irish-based aircraft leasing firm, Pembroke Capital, saw its pre-tax profits increase by 53 per cent last year.

The firm's pre-tax profits rose from $43.3 million to $66.3 million. Revenues rose from $239.6 million to $321.4 million, an increase of 34 per cent on the previous year.

The seven directors of the firm shared nerarly $4.2 million in remuneration, while the 30 staff shared $11.5 million in salaries.

The firm, which has offices in Dublin and Limerick, own and manage over 80 aircraft.

The directors have stated that "they consider the affairs of the company to be satisfactory."
