Wicklow Tourism To Hold Annual Christmas Walk

Wicklow Tourism is encouraging people to go on its first annual Christmas Walk on Sunday 29 September. The day is organized by Footfalls Walking Holidays and will be showing the lesser known paths around the Glendalough Valley. This will be hold annually from this year on.

The 12km walk will be begin at Brockagh Centre, Laragh then onto the Brockage Forest and then onto the summit of Brockage Mountain. The mountain then joins an old bog road which leads into the valley of Glendasan. The trail then leads onto the Grey Trail then onto the lower slopes Camaderry Moutain then finishing at the Brockage Centre.

Each walk is guided by a certified mountain guide and is priced at €18 per person.
