Barry's Hotel Sells for €900,000

CBRE purchased Barry's Hotel for the guide price of €900,000.

The 4-star hotel is famous for hosting GAA fans on the way to Croke Park. It has 32 ensuite bedrooms, with ground floor bar and function facilities.

Built in the latter part of the Georgian Period, Barry's Hotel is one of the oldest known Dublin Hotels and is located on North Great Denmark Street.

Michael Collins shot at British soldiers from a window above the hotel reception just after the 1916 Rising. That room has since been converted into a guest suite.
