It's being reported that the Bewley's Hotel near Dublin Airport is about to get a €40 million facelift which will double its size.
The Irish Independent states that the hotel, which currently has 467 bedrooms and is owned by the Moran and Bewley's Group, will add another 367 bedrooms, as well as a leisure centre with a gym and swimming pool.
It also reports that an additional conference centre also forms part of the upgrade, with sources revealing that the total bill is likely to be around €40 million.
The move comes as the sales process for the Moran and Bewley's Group continues.
