Diamond Coast Hotel on the Market for €3M

The Dimaond Coast Hotel in Co. Sligo has come on the market, offered for sale by private treaty with a guide price of €3 million.

According to the Irish Independent, Savills has been appointed as sole selling agents and has been brought on the market on behalf of the receiver David Hughes of EY.

The Diamond Coast Hotel opened in 2007 and the four-star property comprises 94 bedrooms, a bar, bistro, restaurant and conference and banqueting facilities. It is also in proximity to the Enniscrone Golf Club.

The hotel has become a popular spot for weddings and according to Tom Barrett, Head of Hotels and Leisure at Savills, it presents a buyer with a "fantastic opportunity to acquire a strong hotel benefitting from an established leisure and local business."
