Dublin Hotel Portfolio Sells For Over €7.5m

A portfolio of hotel and guesthouse accommodation located on Dublin's Gardiner Street Lower has been sold for more than €7.5 million in an off-market transaction.

The Irish Independent reports that the sale of the Maple Hotel, Othello Guesthouse, Glen Guesthouse and Avondale House to an investor was brokered by John Hughes of CBRE's hotel division on behalf of receivers KPMG.

The Maple Hotel and adjoining Othello Guesthouse are made up of two four-storey Georgian buildings encompassing 34 bedrooms between them, while the four-storey Glen Guesthouse is comprised of 31 bedrooms, and Avondale House includes two four-storey Georgian buildings and 31 bedrooms.
