Owner of Killarney’s Muckross Park Hotel and the Radisson Blu venues in Athlone, Cork and Limerick, iNua Hospitality, has revealed that it accumulated record earnings of €7.1 million in 2017.
The revelation arrives as the group aims to increase its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (ebitda) by 34% over the next half decade, bringing its ebitda to €9.5 million in 2022.
iNua, whose hotels are now consolidated into a single hotel structure and valued at €90 million, also has plans to acquire another property in Ireland. The group has invested €10 million in upgrades since it began purchasing properties four years ago.
iNua founder and managing director Noel Creedon commented, “Market conditions are positive, and we continue to see strong potential in the regional hotel market, our primary concentration.”
