Jurys Inn Completes Refurbishment of Irish Hotels

Jurys Inn has completed the refurbishment of its five Irish hotels. The group has invested over €9 million in revamping the hotels, with €5.8 million being spent on its three Dublin properties in Christchurch, Custom House Quay and Parnell Street. A further €1.8 million was spent on their Galway hotel and €1.6 million on their Cork property.

The Irish refurbishment took place over the last 18 months and is only part of an extensive €31-million programme which is being rolled out by the group.

The refurbishment included a redesign of 937 bedrooms across the hotels, enhancement of public spaces such as lobbies, restaurants and bars and the introduction of free Wi-Fi for all guests. It also involved the improvement of conference facilities in the Custom House Quay and Cork hotels.

John Brennan, CEO of Jurys Inn said, "We're delighted to have completed the redesign and refurbishment of all our Irish hotels which is part of our constant drive to invest in and enhance our brand and customer experience." He also stated that they intend to continue to invest in further growing the brand in the coming years.

Jurys employs around 360 people in Ireland and around 2,000 people across the group, with the other hotels being located in the UK and Czech Republic.
