McKeever Group Acquires Dunadry Hotel

It's been announced that Northern Irish hotel group McKeever has acquired Antrim's Dunadry hotel from the Mooney Group for an as yet undisclosed sum.

As reported by The Belfast Telegraph, the sale represents the company's first acquisition in Northern Ireland since its purchase of the Adair Arms in 2010. McKeever also owns Antrim's Dunsilly hotel, Corrs Corner in Newtownabbey and Dillons of Letterkenny.

The Dunadry hotel features 80 bedrooms as well as a variety of health, leisure and spa facilities.

McKeever Group managing director Eugene McKeever commented, "The Dunadry Hotel is a great fit for the McKeever Hotel Group and given the buoyant tourism sector, we are delighted to add it to our collection." He also asserted, "we will continue to meet the demands and requirements of the local patrons of the Dunadry Hotel. Current bookings will not be affected and all employees will be retained."
